Siteistry's Cancellation Policy

In regard to cancellation requests for recurring payments, you need to contact us at least 3 days prior to your next payment date (payment date is the date on which you are charged each month), in order for us to terminate your subscription. If your cancellation request is received after this time frame, you will be charged for the next billing cycle and the service will continue. Your service will then be automatically cancelled in the following billing period.


For example, if your payment date is 10th of each month and you request cancellation on the 6th of that month, your service will be cancelled and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, if you request cancellation on the 7th of that month, you will be charged and your services will continue for another month, after which, the service will be cancelled automatically.


Please Note: All payments are final and are non-refundable due to the nature of the services we provide. We will however, try our best to accommodate your requests in the form of credits or discounts for future purchases if possible, at our discretion.
